At this year’s Celebrate Code Platoon event, we’re proud to honor Cecilian Partners as our 2025 Partner of the Year. In line with our Built Together theme, Cecilian has shown what true partnership looks like—bringing Veterans and military family members into the tech space not just as hires, but as valued team members. Their commitment goes beyond just supporting our mission; they’ve built real career pathways for our graduates and helped shape an inclusive culture where military experience is seen as a strength.

At Celebrate Code Platoon 2025, we’re honored to recognize Charles Kubiak as our Volunteer of the Year—an award that celebrates someone who truly lives out the spirit of Built Together. A Marine Corps Veteran who pivoted from a 15-year career in finance to Software Engineering after attending Code Platoon. Since then, he has been a constant force of support—volunteering as a teaching assistant, mentoring numerous students, leading our Introduction to Coding classes, and even managing our volunteer program. His dedication and generosity have made a lasting impact on our community, and we’re proud to celebrate his service both in and out of uniform.

At this year's Celebrate Code Platoon event, we're honored to recognize DRW as our Partner of the Decade, a once a decade distinction celebrating the organization whose partnership has helped shape our first ten years. From supporting our very first cohort in 2016 to hiring more than 30 graduates, mentoring students, and investing in the future of our programs, DRW has been there through every chapter of our story. Their sustained commitment has created life changing career opportunities for Veterans and military family members while strengthening Code Platoon's mission for the next decade and beyond.

From mentoring students and leading workshops to sharing technical expertise and career guidance, Accenture employees have consistently invested their time and talent to support Veterans and military family members. Their commitment has strengthened our community, enriched the student experience, and helped prepare hundreds of aspiring software engineers for successful careers in tech.
